I am always amazed by the number of people I see out on the water not wearing lifejackets. One of the first questions the coastguard will ask if you ever need to call them - “is everyone wearing a lifejacket?” The answer always comes back as yes no doubt followed by a mad dash to find them 😉

RYA VHF SRC COURSE
If you sail, you need to know your radio.
Our RYA VHF SRC Course gives you the confidence to communicate clearly, handle emergencies, and use modern DSC and GMDSS systems the right way.
It’s a full day of practical, hands‑on training at Premier Marina, Gosport, taught by instructors who make the technical stuff feel simple.
