You are allowed to move at the pace your system can actually hold.
Not the pace you once managed.
Not the pace that looks capable from the outside.
Not the pace that keeps everyone else comfortable.
The pace that feels true now.
There are times when stretching feels expansive.
And there are times when stretching feels like strain.
It takes honesty to tell the difference.
I am learning that slowing is not the same as stopping.
Recalibrating is not the same as failing.
And adjusting does not mean I have lost ground.
Sometimes the most responsible thing you can do is change your rhythm.
To match who you are now.
Not who you were.
You are allowed to evolve.
And to move in a way that honours that evolution.
Where might you be pushing at a pace that no longer fits?
What would change if you trusted your own rhythm?
