My Wednesday morning class has moved to a new venue and time - 0830-0930 Brendoncare's Club Hampshire Centre, Willis Road, The Anchorage, Gosport PO12 1LZ. This is an intermediate class as the group have been working with me for 18 months but if you are a beginner who is fit and willing to learn-as-you-go, you are very welcome to join us!

Schoolboy error - my new Pilates class starts on Wednesday 2nd (not 1st) November!
