It is hot today!

Remember - breastfed babies under 6 months do not need additional water, breastfeed on demand. They will likely feed more frequently in the heat.

Combination fed babies - may want to breastfeed more due to the heat

How lucky are we to have 7 enthusiastic counselling interns completing their 100 clinical placement hours with Paradigm Neurodiversity. We have started our first few sessions last week and received amazing feedback already:

'I think it's the first time in ages that I have felt properly supported by someone who might actually be able to make a difference.'

We have sessions at our office and we can also offer on-line sessions for those that live a bit further away. Please do share as we can support 28 parents /carers as a starting point. There are no 'magic' six sessions timeline, thus enables the therapeutic relationship to build and develop organically.
