We are very proud to announce, CTR Secure Training, has been selected as a finalist for the 2025 Workplace Violence Reduction Awards.

This was for the MBNL Employee & Engineer Personal Security Awareness e-learning Course.

To date, 6,260 engineers have successfully completed the mandatory training, with 94% of engineers feeling more confident in conflict situations, which has led to a reduction in confrontations.

The theory and practical training was excellent and the feedback I’ve had from the team matched.
