Review -
I went to see Ian following on from numerous sessions with a physio with knee pain where I wasn’t getting any relief.
Ian explained the process of kinetic massage thoroughly and after one session I felt more relief than six physio sessions.
I’ve been back again and would definitely recommend.

Client feedback from todays session. Highly recommend Ian for any rehab and physio/kinetic therapy! Due to work life I’m constantly struggling with back pain and restrictions in turning my head. A session with Ian Hayes Kinetic Therapy, Rehab & PT relieved all the built up tension, immediately helping me move freely without any discomfort after the massage.
