Our forest school practitioner provides woodland activities where children can explore learning about and in the outdoors. These wonderful experiences are nurtured in our setting through play and exciting creative opportunities. The wilderness is within our grasp through the woodlands at the bottom of the garden!

Children can mix, pour, scoop, decorate, count, explore, and create endless recipes using natural materials like mud, leaves, flowers, sticks, and rocks. …weaker hand strength! Millennials and upcoming generations of kids are struggling with enough hand strength to hold and grasp a pencil.

While this image serves as a guide, it also shows how hand strength can impact learning in the classroom. Kids with weaker hand strength and pencil grip may struggle in the following areas:

You may not realize it, but balance is an extremely important system to develop that supports a child’s future learning. Children who have fine-tuned their balance skills when they were younger have better:
