Preschool recently took part in a Chromatography experiment which is a separation technique used to separate mixtures of soluble substances.

They began by using felt tip pens, colouring onto a coffee filter. Then using a pippet squeezing droplets of water onto the colours. Then observing the colour separation.

Summer club began yesterday with the theme of " 80 days around the world"

Preschool travelled to Mexico 🇲🇽 and created their own guitars abd carnival masks.

Toddlers travelled to Greece and created their own smashed plates

Babies travelled to France 🇫🇷 abd made their own egg free Brioche.

We can wait to see where their adventures take them today!

When the garden begins to flourish and we start to see our vegetables!

This beautiful courgette has brought so much intrigued and fascination this week. " why is it yellow?" " how did it get so big" were just some of the questions we had from our Toddlers.

As well as developing an understanding of seed to table and learning about growth, patience, and the steps it takes to produce the vegetables. Our Toddlers have also carried out observational paintings, the comparison of a yellow and green courgette and dissecting the courgette in to different parts, such as seeds, flesh and skin.
