Excitingly, one of our painted pebbles has been found in Farncombe! The kind person who found it has rehidden it and sent us this message:

“I found this painted pebble at the top of Elizabeth Road in Farncombe on Tuesday.
The pebble is now in Talybont Brecon, down by the canal at the Osprey lookout site.
This is the third year the Ospreys have returned to this site after an absence of 200 years.
No chicks in the first year, one chick last year and two this year. The chicks will be ringed very soon as they will fledge in the next couple of weeks.”

Children should come to school today in their PE kits ready for our rescheduled sports day activities. Please ensure children have a sun hat and a filled water bottle with them too. Details of timings have been sent via email.

Reminder - tomorrow is our Open Afternoon. Current families are invited to collect their child from their classroom at 2.15pm and enjoy our displays of the children’s hard work throughout the school. Refreshments will be available.
Community visitors and prospective families are welcome to attend from 3pm.
