The Natural History Museum in London is a museum that exhibits a vast range of specimens from various segments of natural history. The Science Museum offers a range of temporary and premenant exhibits, a great place for learning interactively!

This week is Teacher Appreciation Week and we wanted to take some time to shout out our appreciation to all the teachers out there! We also wanted to introduce you to the wonderful Charterhouse Young Learners teaching team.

Over the duration of the Charterhouse Young Learners Course four core subjects will be studied.

On World Poetry Day, we wanted to share one of our favourite short poems by the wonderful Roald Dahl.

Our Charterhouse Young Learners Summer Course is open for 8 - 12 year olds who might be considering a UK boarding school in the future. An opportunity for young people to experience a boarding school environment, along with promoting learning in a fun, interactive and exciting way inside and outside the classroom.

This boarding school experience will bring about life skills, independence and help develop good manners.

Young Learners Summer Course Charterhouse Young Learners Summer Course is returning in July 2024. This two-week residential programme for 8 to 12 year olds is an opportunity to experience a UK boarding school life.

We are very much looking forward to hosting young students at Charterhouse. This is an opportunity for children to experience two weeks of a typical British boarding school education, including a range of academic subjects plus exciting co-curricular activities.

Charterhouse is an idyllic and beautiful campus with outstanding facilities. Pupils will learn some of the history of England, its geographical features, conduct science investigations, and improve their grasp of English. Art, drama and sport are also catered for, and pupils will visit local historic sites, as well as some of the famous attractions in London.

Many of the teachers are experienced Prep School specialists who have worked on the Charterhouse Young Learners Summer Course for several years and will ensure that students enjoy a stimulating, educational and inspirational stay.

As well as classroom-based teaching, several excursions will take place to encourage interactive learning outside the classroom to further develop and enhance what has been learned during classroom lessons.

Charterhouse International Young Learners is a UK boarding school taster programme for 8 - 12 year olds at Charterhouse School, one of the great British boarding schools.
