Over at , our children got busy decorating the Christmas tree! This special time of the year is a perfect time to get your young ones busy dressing up the tree in various ornaments to give it that festive spirit.
We went for a blue and silver theme this year, what colours did you choose for your Christmas tree?
It's beginning to look a lot like Christmas over at π
The team have done a fab job in bringing the festive spirit to life in the nursery, plus the sound of the children reciting their Christmas carols ahead of their Xmas party is just the icing on top π₯°β¨

This week, the children at went to buy the nursery Christmas tree π.
The children got to walk around looking at all the different trees, looking at different sizes and feeling the different textures of the needles.
After much consideration, they made their final choice and were super excited to take it back in the trolley! β€

Whilst 'walking in the air' might not be physically possible to recreate this Christmas, we have discovered the next best thing (and it's free!)...
Walking alongside not just one, but 12 beautifully crafted sculptures of the beloved Snowman from Raymond Brigg's classic Christmas book. βοΈ

Come rain or shine, it's impossible to keep the children out of the garden when the outdoor play area is *this* fun.
But it's not just all about the equipment at this nursery... This recent review from a parent made us feel all warm and fuzzy inside π₯°
'We love the care our little girl is given at N Family Club. She is constantly being stretched and encouraged and clearly has enormous fun because whenever we arrive to drop her off, a huge smile comes on her face. Well, that says it all, right?!'
During the festive seasons, family photos are a must! π
Nevertheless, we all know how hard it can be to get the best photo worthy of framing or sharing as a holiday card when our muse is a busy little toddler determined to do anything but stay still and pose.
Photographer, Charlotte Grey, has shared these top tips on how to get the perfect photograph of your children next to the Christmas tree π.
Tune in tomorrow, Tuesday 6th December at 8 PM as Charlotte shares her secret to getting the perfect photo which captures our precious family memories! πΈ

Throwing it back to Thanksgiving last Thursday, where the children celebrated many of the American traditions πΊπΈ
From making turkeys out of playdough, to reading about the history of the USA, and of course, tucking into some delicious food β it was a day to remember. π¦
Some of the children in the room celebrate Thanksgiving at home, so it was extra special for them to share the festivities with their nursery friends too.

Did you know that each and every N nursery has an area called The Den? β¨

Β½ onion, chopped
Β½ carrot, chopped

30g spring onions, chopped
200ml zero salt vegetable stock

1: Make a compote by cooking raspberries and apples together for approx. 15 minutes

And that's it! Will this become a new family favourite? The proof will be in the pudding! π

500g strong white flour, plus extra for dusting
7g sachet fast-action yeast
3 tbsp olive oil

100g raw broccoli, blitzed
50g butternut squash
120g cream cheese
250g tomatoes, sliced
Method:
Mix strong white flour and fast-action yeast in a large bowl.
