We all try to make time for our Physical and Mental health, but how many of us are regularly looking at our Financial Health?

Financial health is just as important and we often make excuses to not look at it : lack of time, complexity or other priorities. However even just 15 min a month in this area can have a positive impact on your finance health and help you achieve your goals, become financially independent, clear up debts or retire earlier than you think.

I offer affordable coaching as one off sessions or packages with a block of session in Godalming and surrounding areas to suit personal needs or via Zoom.

Happy Monday everyone! Perfect week to look at your long term plans and how you are doing against them to start planning for the year ahead 🗓️

Plan to sit down for 10 minutes this week with your favourite drink (mine is hot chocolate☕☕ !). What short term and long term saving plans have you got? Have you looked into your pension or planned for one recently? The most important thing is that you do the first step towards it as that will get you closer to your goal.

My pledge: I will sit down 10 min this week to think about my pension and whether it matches my long term goals.

What will you do this week🥇🥇 ? Write it in the comments to encourage you even more to do it 😊.

I will let you know how I get on next week in the comments too.

Happy new year everyone! Now that 2024 is underway, there is no better time to start looking at your finances and do a bit of planning for the year. 🗓️

Plan to sit down for 15-20 minutes this week with your favourite drink (mine is hot chocolate☕☕ !). Whether you want to get started on something that has been at the back of your mind, do a budget for the year or finally get your tax return done for example. The most important thing is that you do the first step towards it as that will get you closer to your goal.

I will sit down 15-20 min this weekend to see what interest I am getting on my savings from the bank ! Most banks have increased their interest rates so it's worth comparing saving accounts/ISA interest rates to get the most of it.

What will you do this week🥇🥇 ? Write it in the comments to encourage you even more to do it 😊.

I will let you know how I get on after the weekend in the comments too.
