The kitchen is fitted with washing machine/tumble dryer, fridge and freezer, oven and plenty of storage cupboards. The large lounge has two comfortable sofas
A newly fitted bathroom has a toilet, hand basin, shower enclosure and separate bath. Broadband connection is available via cable or dish.
The Citi bus route to and from the city centre runs every 15 mins. There is a local convenience store nearby or supermarkets and the train station is a short drive away.
