🚂 Year 6 Evacuee Experience 🚂

On Tuesday, our Year 6 children travelled to Winchcombe Railway for a fantastic WWII Evacuee Experience!

The children stepped back in time to learn more about what life was like for children who were evacuated during the Second World War. It was a brilliant hands-on experience that really helped bring their learning to life, and they came away having learned so much.

We were incredibly proud of Year 6 throughout the day. Their behaviour was fantastic and they represented Kingsway brilliantly – showing enthusiasm, curiosity and respect throughout the whole experience. 💙

A huge thank you to everyone at Winchcombe Railway, as well as our staff and accompanying adults, for making such a memorable day possible.

Well done, Year 6! 🚂👏
