Kindness can be something really small – helping someone at home, including somebody in a game, checking in on a friend, sharing with a sibling or simply making somebody smile.

We’re excited for this afternoon’s iSingPOP concert and can’t wait to see our Year 3, 4 and 5 pupils take to the stage at Severn Vale School! 🎶⭐

If you have tickets for the concert, please remember to arrive at Severn Vale School for 4:15pm ready for a 4:30pm start.

Friends of Severn Vale will be selling refreshments before the performance, with both card and cash payments accepted.

We’re looking forward to a fantastic afternoon of singing and celebration! 🎤🎵

🚀 Year 2 Takes Flight! ✈️

On Wednesday, our Year 2 pupils enjoyed an exciting visit to Aerospace Bristol.

The children had a fantastic day exploring the museum, discovering the history of aviation, getting up close to a variety of aircraft and learning about the engineering and innovation behind them. A particular highlight was seeing Concorde - the iconic aircraft!

Throughout the day, our pupils showed great curiosity, enthusiasm and excellent behaviour, asking thoughtful questions and making the most of this wonderful experience.

Well done, Year 2, for being such fantastic ambassadors for Kingsway Primary School! 🌟

🌟 Volunteers' Week 2026 🌟

This week, we are celebrating the incredible volunteers who help make Kingsway Primary School such a wonderful place to learn, play and grow.

From our dedicated governors and SoKS volunteers to parent helpers, readers, event supporters and members of our wider community, your time, energy and commitment make a real difference to the experiences and opportunities we can offer our children.

Thank you for everything you do behind the scenes and on the front line. Your support, kindness and generosity are truly valued and appreciated by our pupils, staff and families.

🏛️✨ Year 3 had a fantastic time on their trip to Bristol Museum on Friday!

The children enjoyed exploring the museum's fascinating exhibits, discovering amazing artefacts and taking part in activities that brought their learning to life. There was so much to see and do, sparking curiosity and inspiring lots of questions along the way.

It was wonderful to see the children so engaged and enthusiastic as they explored the different galleries and uncovered more about the world around them.

A huge thank you to everyone who helped make the trip possible. We hope Year 3 had an unforgettable day and came away with lots of wonderful memories! 🌟
