A warm thank you to all my lovely customers who joined us on Saturday to experience an evening of Seychelles cuisine. We escaped the British wet weather outside, for cosy dining inside the hospitable Staunton & Corse Community Hub, with Creole music playing along side a friendly and relaxed atmosphere, I absolutely loved cooking for you all and very much looking forward to the next one!

In Seychelles we make fresh "piman" (piment), to be enjoyed with almost everything, a chilli sauce made with fresh chillies and other simple, fresh ingredients. Here in the UK I now grow my own chillies and make "Mimi's Chillies".
I create a range of different spice levels, from a mild flavourful kick to a very hot and spicy.
