🌟 🌟🌟Happy National Teaching Assistants’ Day! 🌟🌟🌟
Today is a chance to celebrate our wonderful Teaching Assistants and support staff — the people who make such a huge difference to life at Pendock, every single day. 💛
So much of what they do happens quietly, often behind the scenes and without fuss. They know our children so well; they notice the little things, understand what helps, offer encouragement, reassurance and a listening ear, and are there to celebrate the successes as well as support the tricky moments.
They are there for our teachers too — sharing their knowledge, offering ideas, supporting the day-to-day running of classrooms and helping us to make the best decisions for our children.
They are such an important part of the fabric of our school and, I think, a huge part of what gives Pendock its warm, welcoming and caring feel. They bring kindness, patience, humour, experience and a genuine commitment to our children to everything they do.
I feel incredibly lucky to work alongside such a wonderful team of people. Thank you for everything you do, every day, for our children, our staff and our school community. It really is appreciated. 💛
Happy National Teaching Assistants’ Day to our brilliant support team! 🌟
