What a wonderful year at Meadowside! Our Year 6 Maples have had the BEST send off and are excited about their end of year treat, which has been organised by their parents and carers. Year 6, you are amazing. You have made the impossible, possible. Be yourselves. Believe in yourselves.

Wow! What a lovely Sponsored Walk this morning! Thank you so much for supporting Friends of Meadowside.

In other news, Year 5 have been working with local artists from Voices Gloucester to create poetry to hang from an art installation that our visitors have put up in the entrance hall. It looks beautiful and the children have loved seeing it!

It was so lovely to see so many Meadowsiders at the picnic last night. Thank you for supporting the school in our special annual event.

Yesterday was a special day. Mrs Stevens won an award! She was nominated by Mrs Whitlock and deservedly won. Congratulations, Mrs Stevens!

Our Velux window in Year 5 has become detached at the bottom by the white pole. It won't close! Whilst that's okay at the moment, there will be rain next week! If any of our parents are trained to use a ladder at height (our new caretaker is not yet trained!), a quick fix is possible! Please contact the office if you are able to help us!

And that's a wrap!! Three *amazing* performances of Oliver! And so many fabulous young performers- Sikes, Nancys, Fagin and Bullseye to name but a few..... And, of course, the Olivers!!
Thank you so much to everyone who came to support us and to all who helped. Friends of Meadowside - thank you for providing refreshments. It was definitely needed in this heat!
