From "I can't" to "I can't believe I did it"

Middle of the week - cue nearly Friday yey!!!

But also:

If you are ready to have a little something in your weekly calendar:

💖 to look forward to other than the weekend
💓 to add some fun into your Monday-Friday routine
🥰 that allows you to make friends without any social pressure
🔥 that makes you feel absolute fire in both body and mind!

You know what we are going to say:

Try a pole or aerial class 🙂

But I think you know that already.

Chances are, it all sounds great

buuuut aahhhh it is also scary and unfamiliar, because we don't really know what to expect!

If this is you, we got you!

We now offer:

PERSONALISED 1-2-1 CONSULTATIONS

Consultations!
Sounds very serious doesn't it.

Don't worry, it's not one of those where we sit you down, and sell you an exercise plan and some supplements.

Instead, it's a laid back 15-30 minute meet and greet at the studio where a Momentum coach shows you the space,
we have a chat about classes,
the most enjoyable way for you to start,
but mostly to alleviate some fears and worries around stepping into your first pole or aerial class.

Consultations are a tenner. If you are then keen on joining a taster class, we'll book you a space for free.

So if you fancy giving it a go, you get that tenner back ###

To book a consultation, please just ping us an email on [email protected] and we'll arrange a day and time that works for you!

Looking forward to chatting with you and meeting you at the studio.

Who’s coming to our next Social Media Jam?

- Saturday 26/09
- Glos HQ
- 11.15am until about 1.15pm

Our very own social media jam sesh where we film content for the Momentum Instagram Reels 🙂

It’s super fun and everyone is welcome, beginner through to advanced, polers, aerialists!

We do a guided warm up, grab some footage from class, and also have a go at filming some scripted and trending bits which is always a great laugh!

You are totally in charge of how much you want to take part, and whether or not you want to feature or just hang out and jam in the background.

The session is always FREE ❤

We also really like to encourage newer students to pop along, it’s a nice opportunity to hang out, meet others and get involved!

See you all there! Book on the app or GoTeamUp ###x
