How we feel after a full week of classes after 2 weeks holiday 😂

It's important for us to rest but getting back to what we do best makes us SOH happy 🙌🏾

We've loved welcoming you all back and we're looking forward to another fun packed week with you. Oh and don't worry about the darker evenings approaching... They just mean we GLOW harder 😏

I can't believe it's been 10 YEARS since I picked up a pair of glowsticks and started to make a living 😭

We've sadly watched many classes and businesses close over our time of running 🥲 and in all honesty it's been touch and go for us at times SOH we're eternally grateful to YOU who have supported us over the years 🙌🏾

We'll be celebrating all things CLUBBERCISE on SEPT 25TH so save the date 🗓️💖
