My Sunflowers Day Nursery

At nursery today we have made our own total eclipse crafts learning what a total eclipse is. 🌑🌘🌒

In the preschool room this afternoon we have been looking at different occupations, we have enjoyed being doctors and patients, dentists, chefs making our own pizza for tea and best of all being hairdressers and washing Kayleigh's hair at the salon 🧑‍⚕️🧑‍🍳💇

Preschool have had lots of fun this morning with a walk to our local park, they enjoyed exploring all the new play equipment 🙂

Our babies and toddlers enjoyed a walk to the local park this morning exploring the new play equipment there, building on their gross motor skills, they also enjoyed a picnic snack 🙂

⚽️At nursery we have had a World Cup themed day dressing in football kits/colours of favourite teams, all the children have enjoyed having flags painted on them, they have enjoyed a variety of activities and to finish off we had a World Cup tea party ⚽️

This week in babies they have enjoying doing a mixture of crafts for the World Cup working on their fine motor skills ⚽

Preschool have been enjoying their safari animal topic and a range of activities in the garden 🐘🦁🐍

Over the past two weeks our babies have had lots of fun taking part in a variety of activities based on; our new topic The hungry Caterpillar and world bee day they also enjoyed a cool down with the water this afternoon 🐛🐝💦

Over the past week preschool have enjoyed playing in the garden, engaging in a variety of activities for earth day and doing some crafts for our topic The Hungry Caterpillar

We have had a fun day in babies today exploring in the garden, and exploring the rice sensory tray for our new topic of weather
