POST PREGNANCY🤱🏻CLASSES 🙃 Returning back to classes when you have given birth should be done in your own time, when you feel ready, you know it’s going to be tough & you aren’t going to be able to do all the things you could before straight away. It’s hard to find the energy to do anything else when you become a Mum, it’s all consuming & hard to have the drive to do exercise; but it is so important for you mental state of mind to step away for a short time here & there & do something for you & when you do, be kind to yourself, your body has done amazing things & you will get there Mama 🫶 This beautiful lady is back 4 months postpartum. Her goal was to get her Butterfly 🦋 again which she worked so hard to get before she was pregnant. Private lesson number 3..Butterfly ✅ 🤗 what a power house 💪🏽
