We need to stop treating menopause like a special interest.
Half the population will experience it.
If you're a PT.
A coach.
A nurse.
A physio.
A therapist.
An HR professional.
Or anyone supporting women...
This isn't optional knowledge anymore.
Women deserve professionals who recognise what's happening... not just what's showing up.
That's why I became MSCC Certified.
Not because I wanted another qualification.
Because I wanted to understand my clients better.
Because when we know better...
Women stop being told they're lazy.
Or dramatic.
Or "just getting older."
They start being understood.
The question isn't whether you work with women in menopause.
The question is whether you recognise them when you do.
If you're reading this thinking...
"I should probably know more about this."
That was exactly my thought before I became MSCC Certified.
It's one of the best professional decisions I've made because it completely changed how I understand and support the women I work with.
Comment "MSCC" and I'll send you everything you need to know.

No, Bob from Accounts isn't actually a tiger.
Your nervous system just isn't brilliant at telling the difference between genuine danger... and 76 emails, three Teams notifications, a family WhatsApp blowing up, life admin, perimenopause, and Bob asking if you've "got two minutes."
It all adds up.
Every interruption asks your brain the same question:
"Do I need to deal with this now?"
If the answer is constantly "yes"...
Your body stays on high alert.
Heart rate creeps up.
Muscles stay tense.
Stress hormones keep flowing.
Then we wonder why we feel wired and tired at the same time.
You're not lazy.
You're not weak.
You're not "bad at coping."
Your nervous system has simply been doing its job...
..for far too long.
Maybe today isn't about pushing harder.
Maybe it's about giving your nervous system one less tiger to fight.
👇 Tell me...
Who's your Bob? 😅
Ps if you know all the music on this post then you rock 👌👌

For years, we were taught to keep the peace.
To keep everyone happy.
To keep saying yes.
To keep carrying more.
Not because we wanted to...
Because we thought we were supposed to.
Until one day you realise you've become an expert at protecting everyone else's comfort...
..except your own.
That's not who you are.
That's what you were taught.
F**k that.
🔥 If you're done making yourself smaller just to make everyone else comfortable... drop a 🔥.
