Available in-person or online, or mix & match based on your budget! We now have two tutors (Alex & Carey) offering different types of training: creative and traditional! Alex offers the creative approach, perfect for the people who don't get along with classical training, want to learn their favourite songs, or those who want to level up their self-taught knowledge. We have availability Mon-Fri, also offering music workshops for groups up to 10 over the summer and beyond for those with an interest in music without a clue what to do with it! I specialise in teaching kids (5+) & young people in the most engaging & fun ways, for those who struggle to focus!
Personal opinion: Music is a passion and often people get immediately turned off by sight reading. It's a VERY valuable skill to have, but not at the expense of enjoying yourself. My method trains the most musical part of the body: your ears!
Based in Gloucester, you can come to me, I can come to you or we can learn online. Lessons can be arranged for regular sessions or on an ad hoc basis: take your next lesson once you've fully absorbed the previous.

My youngest student!
When I was living in a hut on a beach in Mexico, little Alaia was watching me practise singing and beatboxing with my microphone and effects pedal. She waddled over and wanted to sing into the mic, so I put my headphone on her so she could hear the sounds her voice would make with echos, distortions and pitch bending. She sang for about 45 minutes!
Karuna I'm so happy to hear she's still singing and dancing. This virus can't stop creativity!
