I offer a warm, homely and safe environment for your child/ren to explore, learn and develop. The children are taken out regularly, either to forest school, the park, to feed the ducks, visit the farm, softplay or one of the local country parks such as Robinswood Hill. Whilst at home the children get to play, be creative with arts and crafts or cooking, singing, dancing. We play games, enjoy being outside to learn about our environment and like reading books. The children love to help with looking after the family cats, hamster, fish and also our Bearded Dragon Chin Chi. I work very closely with another childminder, we are always looking for new ways to keep the children interested and stimulated. It is important that all children feel comfortable and welcome into my home, therefore a settling in period is offered. I involve the parents/carers as much as possible in their childs journery with me, by sharing activities and photos daily, as well as keeping them up to date on thier child's development. Ella who is 14, Natasha who is 13 and Zoe who is 10. All the girls are very sociable and love playing with other children. I have worked as a childminder for approx. 12 years now. As well as looking after pre school aged children, I look after older children before and after school, as well as in the school holidays. I am very flexible in the way I work and will always try to accommodate each families individual needs.
