When every page unfolds another layer, taking you deeper and deeper to the core of yoga practice and of being itself. For yoga has to be LIVED; it is inseparable from the ordinary day-to-day. Only then can its transformative power be FELT with every BREATH.

Data nerds and data haters! 🤓📊

Regardless of which group you belong to, these charts demonstrate something undeniable: a complete shift for most subjects from moderate/severe depression and anxiety levels down to minimal. All within 4 weeks.

If you used to think Sound Healing was woo-woo... now it’s evidence-backed woo-woo! 🤓🌊✨

These (remarkable!) results were achieved within six 1:1 Himalayan Sound Therapy sessions over a period of 3.5 - 4.5 weeks.

Should we aspire to breathe deeply? Let's go for a deep dive to find out! 🤿

If you watch someone in deep rest or meditation, you’ll notice something surprising: their breath isn't deep. It’s quiet. Soft. Barely noticeable.

In moments of true relaxation, your body’s metabolic demand drops. Also, by breathing slowly through your nose, your nasal passages produce nitric oxide - a gas that relaxes your blood vessels, lowers blood pressure, and significantly increases the efficiency of oxygen transport throughout your body. So you simply don't need to take deep breaths, because ypur body doesn't require massive volumes of air. So, "deep" does not automatically mean "quality."

But if quiet breathing is the goal for rest, why do we need the skill of deep breathing at all?

Because life doesn’t just happen in stillness.

Deep breathing is an essential skill for your nervous system's toolkit for two distinct reasons:

1. 🫁Expansion and physiology

Chronically stressed bodies lock the diaphragm muscle. Intentionally and mindfully deepening your breath is like stretching a tight muscle—it restores your natural range of motion so your body *can* breathe efficiently when you need it to.

2. 🧠Conscious reset

When your mind encounters danger (whether it's an immediate physical threat or a stressful email), your body defaults to rapid, shallow chest breathing. Being able to consciously drop the breath into the belly and widen the ribs is your physical switch to signal to the brain that the immediate danger has passed.

We don’t deepen the breath to force the body into submission. We do it to remind the body that it is safe... So it can naturally settle back into what it actually needs during rest: a soft, effortless, natural rhythm.

From severe anxiety and depression to a state of calm in 4 weeks. It's not a promise - it's the result of 6 Sound Therapy sessions and breathing practice.

See the clinical tracking forms from May 13th to June 17th 2026.

The data speaks for itself:

Depression score (PHQ-9): dropped from a severe 23 down to a 3.

Anxiety score (GAD-7): dropped from a severe 19 down to a 4.

Daily life impact: shifted from "Very Difficult" to "Not difficult at all."

I am incredibly proud of this client. They were able to shift from a deeply overwhelmed, frozen nervous system back into their natural - calm - state of being.

No long explanations today. Just proof that working with the sound, body and mind works.

If you are ready for a real shift, your journey starts here. DM for any questions.
