Our thoughts and attitudes greatly influence the process, as well as the experiences and outcomes of those involved. So, why aren't we actively making conscious decisions to challenge our preconceived notions and avoid perpetuating the issues? Let's work towards being part of the solution rather than contributing to the problem.
