We require a minimum level 3 qualification, which is full & relevant. Proven understanding of EYFS, safeguarding and all things early years is essential.

We ate looking for someone who is a caring, energetic team player with the added ability to sing and dance, get messy and be a bit silly too.

We return to playgroup for Summer Term the week commencing 13th April 🌞

We've had lots of interest in our change of session structure for 3 & 4 year olds, & we are happy to let you all know we will be going ahead with the proposed changes 🥳

We have completed a series of training to aid our development and understanding around SEND and how we can continue to build an inclusive environment for all children who attend our setting 💚

'Simon's big run for the little learners of Georges Playgroup'

Simon will be running the Shakespeare Marathon in Stratford Upon Avon on 26th April 2026.

He has so kindly offered to donate any funds raised to Georges Playgroup & we are very grateful.

Let's cheer Simon on and show our support in the Marathon, by sharing this event as far as we can. We celebrate our playgroup children's achievements every day, it's time to share our supporters achievements too.

It would be lovely to have our outdoor area brightened up and back to it's former glory 😊

Our toddlers created a masterpiece this afternoon, using various tools for printing; including handprints

After lots of music & movement, a lovely story where the children sat and listened beautifully, some throwing & catching with bean bags and a few counting activities...

What a busy afternoon they had.

A safe place to get messy and be imaginative, what more could they want? Oh yes, and a snack too of course 😋
