The training delivered by Kate was relaxed and informative. There was a good mix of open discussion, hands-on practice and supporting slides and videos. Kate was very knowledgeable and adapted to the engagement of the group, answering questions as they came up, and adding in her own experiences. All attendees expressed a high level of confidence in being able to apply the knowledge in a real life situation.
