TRAFFIC
As you all know, we ask that cars are not parked on Post Street at all during drop off and pick up times to make the area safe and to ensure that cars are not having to pass each other directly outside school.
Unfortunately, not only are more cars driving and parking on Post Street, some are blocking residents' drives stopping them from entering or leaving their own homes.
Please can we all work together to make the area around school car free and safe for everyone.
Many thanks

H.A.P.P.E Children’s Community Award
H.A.P.P.E. https://www.facebook.com/groups/3910446159029993 asked for us to nominate a child for this award and Tafia in Class 4 was chosen for the following reasons.
Tafia is consistently kind and helpful to everyone and has been nominated for this award by staff from across the whole school.
Tafia shows awareness of those around her and notices when others may need her support. She is patient with those who may be struggling with their work or emotions and she gives her time freely to help those that need it. She is always positive and cheerful and she has a great sense of humour so children from Reception to Year 6 find her very approachable. She has several responsibilities in school including being an iVenger (promoting internet safety), Health Champion and Sports Leader. She shows great leadership and is a responsible and calming influence in and out of school.
We are nominating Tafia as she really is a wonderful role model to others in our school community and beyond.
Yesterday, Tafia was presented with her certificate and a £50 Amazon voucher!
Thanks to https://www.actiontogether.org.uk/ for funding the group to enable H.A.P.P.E to give this award.
