We said a great big HELLO to our new children at Hadfield Nursery School today. We know they are going to have a great year!
Tomorrow we say a big HELLO to all of our returning children! We hope you’ve all had a fabulous summer and we can’t wait to hear about all of your adventures!
Nursery is open normal times from 8.30am (or earlier for those booked into Breakfast Club).

Completely free event for children hosted by the brilliant team at ‘Hadfield Coming Together’ today at Newshaw Lane Park. Looks fantastic, free lunch, ice creams, crafts, music and more.., all welcome!

Yesterday we held our 2026 Leavers Assembly where we celebrated the achievements of our oldest children and said a fond farewell as they begin their new chapters in their new schools in September.
We are so proud of you all and know you will be amazing in your new schools.

We would like to wish you all a very happy summer. Thank you so much for all of the wonderful gifts and well wishes and we can’t wait to see everyone in September.

A huge thank you to Hamid from Hadfield Pizzeria for coming to make pizzas with our children yesterday. We are so grateful for his kindness. The children were able to roll their dough, choose their toppings and see their pizzas cooked! The pizzas certainly didn't last long, they were yummy!
We can certainly recommend Hadfield Pizzeria . Thank you again Hamid!

A cuddle between friends,
A smile from ear to ear,

Or pencils, books or glue.

We have emailed all parents this morning to say that due to extreme heat warnings issued by the MET office, we are taking additional precautions to ensure the children and staff stay as cool as possible and hydrated. In addition to this we would like to give you the opportunity to collect your children early today and tomorrow, this is not compulsory and we are remaining open. Morning children are not affected. 30 hour children can be collected from 1:30 pm onwards. Afternoon children can also have a shorter session if you wish. Attendance will not be affected as a children will get their mark before going home. Thank you

Just a reminder to all parents that it is school photograph day tomorrow. These are GROUP photos (not individual). Please dress your child in something you wish them to be photographed in.
