A session for adults supporting young musicians with their musical journey

Thursday 9 February, 8-9pm UK Time

Parents, carers, family members or anyone supporting young people with their music education journey are invited to join violin teacher Rachel Cooper Violin for an evening sharing tips and advice on how to support your young musician with practice.

We would welcome questions to be submitted in advance - please add these to the registration form, or email us on [email protected].

Fee: £6 - FULL Bursaries available (please tick the box on the sign up form)

Just a small group of our young musicians looking festive in front of the magnificent Christmas tree at Manchester Cathedral!

35 young string players from the Dark Peak String Orchestras performed to a full house at Manchester Cathedral last night in aid of the charity MedEquip4Kids.

They performed a programme of Christmas and festive music absolutely beautifully. It was a wonderful evening! 🎄

Our second Christmas concert promises to be as fabulous as the first.
Come along and enjoy the music, mulled wine, cakes and mince pies, and maybe win tickets to the Halle or a hamper of festive goodies in our prize raffle.

Our fantastic Supertonics music groups will soon be back on Wednesdays after school at the Dark Peak Music Studio (Whitfield St James' School). We have places available for new starters in all groups!
