We are looking for an enthusiastic and dedicated Room Leader to join our friendly team at Little Beaver Childcare. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated early years professional to take the next step in their career and play a key role in shaping children’s learning and development.

Key Responsibilities
• Lead and inspire a team of practitioners within your room.
• Create a stimulating, safe and nurturing environment for children.

• Plan, deliver and evaluate engaging activities in line with the EYFS.

• Monitor children’s progress and maintain accurate records.

• Work closely with parents, carers and colleagues to support each child’s individual needs.

• Ensure safeguarding, health & safety, and all statutory requirements are met.

Requirements
• Level 3 (or above) qualification in Early Years/Childcare.

• Previous experience working in a nursery/early years setting.

• Strong leadership and communication skills.

• Passion for providing high-quality childcare and education.

• Knowledge of the EYFS and safeguarding procedures.
