The first sign of sunshine and spring gets us thinking about enhancing our well used outdoor area. Nic is creating some safe pathways to explore between the trees and we would also like to get planting and growing flowers, fruit and vegetables 🪴🫜🫛🥕🌻🪻. If you have any plant pots, planters, seeds, bulbs or garden tools you which you no longer need, we would be very grateful for any donations! Thank you xx

Lots of opportunity to authentically use two of our special words “blow” and “float” in this windy weather. Our resident super heroes loved watching their capes blow in the wind and float behind them as they played 😊

If you’re heading in to Glossop for today’s festivities, Dinting Church, who our hosting our Nativity this year have a lovely stall selling handmade gifts and treats. Pop along to Norfolk Square and support them if you can. They are at the top opposite Sandra’s The Enchanted Florest 🎄

Today, we walked in to Glossop to visit the cenotaph and look at the poppies. We had a drink and a biscuit in Norfolk Square and read a story about the significance of poppies at this time of year. We also spotted some lovely window displays in the shops on our way back. We were all ready for a lie down and lunch at pre-school!

We’ve had a summer “glow up”! The decorator has been to give pre-school a fresh coat of paint and Lindsey and I have made some tweaks to the environment to ensure it is a calm, welcoming and engaging space for our children. We love it and hope all our families do too. We will soon be publishing a date for an open day so, if you or a friend have children wanting to join us from September 2026, please follow our page 🥰
