It's hard to put into words how this day made me feel!! 🥹⛰️💪

Guiding my beautiful community to the roof of England for the first time was one of those moments in my ML career I'll never forget.

And how lucky were we with the weather?! A cold but crisp autumn day with far-reaching views.

We even got a glimpse of a broken spectre at the summit 🌈🥹

We also enjoyed a quieter (albeit steep!) descent from Lingmell, with spectacular views of Wast Water...where we finished with a dip!

I am so so proud of everyone in the group. It was the first time hiking Scafell Pike for the majority and they smashed it 💪

OCTOBER ADVENTURES 🍂🥾

Autumn might just be my favourite time to get out walking and October has got some corkers 😍

We’ve got weekday wanders, hidden history, moorland views, waterfalls, ancient castles and a Halloween hike to finish the month 🎃

🗺️ 🧭 And this is your LAST chance to join an Intro to Map Reading course in 2026!

This is my final beginner map reading course of the year, designed for complete beginners. No prior experience needed, no judgement, just a small group of women learning how to read a map, use a compass and feel more confident finding their own way outdoors.

There are still spaces available for Friday 23rd October, but once this one’s gone, there won’t be another until spring 2027 🧭🥾

All events are women only, friendly and welcoming 💗

September - the month I welcomed my very first members 🥹

All good fun for our instalment in the High Peak Walking Festival 🥾🌈 Visit Peak District & Derbyshire

A really lovely group to spend a few hours bagging an Ethel with! Eccles Pike is a small hill with stunning views 😍

The route also took us on an interesting history tour, including old signs, an even older hall and a stolen monument!

The Dolomites have been every bit as ridiculous as I hoped they’d be. What an adventure. 🥹
