Hi all, I'm in the process of becoming registered for childminding, before and after school club (Dinting school) and holiday club for children up to age 12 years.
My name is Dani, I live on Gamesley with my family and two family dogs. I have three children of my own, two of which attend Dinting school. As a family we enjoy exploring the surrounding walks and countryside. We love to spend time with family in our free time.
I hold my NVQ2 and NVQ3 in childrens care, learning and development. I hold a current food hygiene certificate, safeguarding and paediatric first aid.
I have over 15 years of experience working with children of all abilities. Over these years I have worked in private days nurseries and preschools also working alongside teachers to offer smooth school transitions to children who require extra support.
I offer a place where children can be cared for in a familiar home based setting, whilst also getting the same foundation stage education they would recieve if attending a nursery. As an early years care giver I am regulated by ofsted in the same way a nursery is and required to follow the same EYFS framework and safegarding procedures.
My main aim is to enable children to learn through play. Child led care under my supervision and protection is how I believe children thrive in their development.
