💙 Supporting Children's Emotional Wellbeing, Resilience and Neurodiversity 💙
We know that every child and family faces challenges from time to time. NHS Fife offers a range of free online support programmes through SilverCloud, which can be accessed at home, at a time that suits you. These evidence-based courses are designed to help families build confidence, resilience and wellbeing.
Some of the programmes available include:
✅ Supporting an Anxious Child – practical strategies for parents and carers to help children manage worries and anxiety.
✅ Supporting an Anxious Teenager – guidance on understanding and supporting anxiety in older children and young people.
✅ Supporting Your Child with ADHD – information and strategies to support children with attention and regulation difficulties.
✅ Resilience and Wellbeing – helps individuals develop positive coping skills, improve wellbeing and build resilience.
✅ Stress Management – practical techniques to recognise and manage stress effectively. ✅ Sleep Support – support for developing healthy sleep habits and overcoming sleep difficulties.
✅ Positive Body Image – helps develop a healthy relationship with body image and self-esteem.
In addition, NHS Fife's Neurodevelopmental Hub provides information and resources for families of children and young people with neurodevelopmental differences, including autism, ADHD and other neurodivergent profiles.
