π±π± Morrisons Voucher Update π±π±
Today primary 2/3 were able to transfer their seedlings into our fabulous new quiet garden. These were seeds we got from the Morrisons vouchers and we have been very carefully planting, waiting, watching and nurturing them up in class. We cannot wait to see how they take in their new home!
A huge thanks again to everyone who saved their vouchers for us π

Primary 2/3 have had βthe best school day everβ (in their own words!) after the lovely Michelle and Geri from Asda came to make pizzas and do fruit tasting with them! This was all part of our project From Farm to fork. We had lots of brave boys and girls trying things for the first time too! Amazing work P2/3β¦.I think the photos say it all!
In P7a this week we have been learning different jumps when vaulting in PE, learning about the dangers of smoking through an online live theatre production, mixing paint to create Blitz pictures for our WW2 topic, learning about Muslims put their beliefs into action and rehearsing our P7 show, among many other things.

P5 and P6 had great fun on Friday exploring different foods as part of our Health and Well-being dayβ¦. Our very ownβ¦ Great South Parks Taste Off!! We also learned the names of the foods in French and German too! Thanks to Morrisons in Glenrothes for donating this AMAZING food tray and for P6s Amy-Leeβs mum, Kerry, for kindly organising this for us all. We had a great dayπππππ½
P6 have been focusing on balancing and travelling movements through gymnastics. They planned out their own sequence beforehand and put it together to create different stations using different apparatus to successfully complete theirs.
Primary 1 were learning all about what plants need to grow. Then we planted our own Sunflower seeds and cress seeds.

P4/5 have been learning about probability. We have used the Number Line of Probability to determine whether an event is likely, unlike, certain or impossible to happen.
Huge well done to our very first Sumdog Champions, Carley and Yusaf! π₯³ They completed the most amount of work on Sumdog last week.
Also well done to P4/5 and P6 who spent the most time on Sumdog out of all the classes.
