Parent council meeting tomorrow at 1330
Minutes of the meeting
Welcome: Lynn welcome all to the meeting
Present: Lynn, Danielle, Emily, Ryan

Approval of minutes: approval lynn , seconded Ryan
PVG Scheme:
Lynn has passed details to Ryan to apply and set up.
Information surrounding p7 leavers:
As with previous years parents of p7 to organise. School will speak with p7 children to ask what they would like.
Summer Fayre:
Set up 2pm
29th May 3-5pm
Most of the vendors have the date.
Bouncy castle hire - Danielle will organise
Burger van - fab foods - Ryan to organise
Require more rubbish bins this year
Tombola items required if families can donate
AOCB:
Last year children and parents we asked to look at the school values. The new school value is:
‘Soar to success wirh flying colours’ with values of kindness, ambition abd respect
New design will be shown to children at assembly then will be printed. There will be two posters- one to go around the school and classes etc
The other design will be used for corporate use on headed letters etc
School car parking:
Can parents please be reminded not to park in the school car park unless requiring disabled parking
Racism- the school investigates all incidents of racism and it is recorded and logged in line with fife council policy. The school recognises that all are protected under the Equality Act and takes all incidents seriously. The school will continue to address this through assembly and classroom learning. The school urges that all incidents are reported immediately.
