Social Media House Rules - www.fife.gov.uk/HouseRules

Our social media channels feature a variety of information from our services and partners, keeping you informed and up to date with what's happening across Fife. We're here to help in any way that we can, and we will always aim to be supportive and respectful in our posts and any comments we respond to. We expect the same of all those contribu

ting to our page. We want our social media channels to be safe, healthy, and open places for discussion and the exchange of views and we have the following house rules to help support that.

- All users must comply with the social media platform's terms of use as well as our own terms of use
- We answer enquiries/messages as soon as possible within working hours
- We will remove, in whole or in part, posts that we feel are inappropriate – for example bullying or harassment - or discriminatory against any individual or group
- You are wholly responsible for any content you post including content you choose to share

We will remove messages (where function allows) and report and/or block users on our social media channels who post messages at us which we believe are:

- abusive or obscene
- deceptive or misleading
- in violation of any intellectual property rights, including copyright
- in violation of any law or regulation
- spam and off-topic content (persistent negative and/or abusive posts in which the aim is to provoke a response)
- promotional material, including links to external websites and promotions

Anyone repeatedly engaging with us using content or language which falls into the above categories will be blocked and/or reported to the associated social media platform. We will not tolerate or respond to abusive messages. We must always remain politically neutral on social media which is why council officers are unable to reply to, endorse or engage with, any content that is of a party political nature. Political issues can be discussed with local councillors.

Our Neurodivergent Parent/Carer Support Group started back this week on Wednesday, and it was lovely to see such a great turnout!

It was wonderful to come together, connect, share experiences and offer support in a welcoming and understanding space.

Thank you to everyone who joined us — we hope to see many familiar faces again, as well as lots of new faces in the future. Everyone is welcome!

To kick off the new school term the Diversity team just want to say a massive thank you for all the kind donations that we received in June for our sponsored whole school relay race.

We raised a great amount that will really support Diabetes UK. We are so excited about the year ahead and our journey to become a Silver Rights Respecting School.

Thank you for your support.
From the Diversity team.

Your P7 Leadership Team ❤️

Last week, our Primary Sevens received their job badges and introduced themselves and their new roles to their peers. We are so excited to see them take on their leadership roles and make a positive difference across our school! 🌟

A big thank you to our Artists, Ruby, Teddy and Paige, for creating our fantastic class display. 🎨❤️

🏀 Thank You, Coach Dave! 🏀

We would like to give a huge thank you to Dave Grindle for volunteering his time to coach our Basketball Club over the past two years. Under Dave’s guidance, our pupils have taken part in numerous tournaments - proudly winning the Glenrothes Locality Basketball Trophy, placing third in the Fife Finals, and earning multiple sporting integrity awards along the way.

The impact Dave has had on the pupils is truly immeasurable. His dedication, encouragement and passion for the sport have helped our young players grow in confidence, teamwork and skill. We are also incredibly grateful to his son, Noah, who returned last year to help coach the team.

As Dave steps back from coaching, we would love to hear from any parents or carers who might be interested in taking over the club. If this sounds like something you’d enjoy, please get in touch with Mrs Cushnie or Miss Robertson.

Thank you, Dave and Noah, for everything you have given to our school community🏆❤️

🏃💙 What a fantastic morning! 💙🏃

Our whole school had an amazing time taking part in our Relay Race Fundraiser for Diabetes!

It was wonderful to see so many happy faces, lots of encouragement, and fantastic teamwork as everyone came together to support such an important cause.

A huge thank you to all our AMAZING pupils, staff, and everyone who has donated so far. We have already raised an incredible amount! There is a donation link in the comments for anyone who would still like to contribute, although there is absolutely no obligation.

A special well done to our Diversity Reps, who have worked incredibly hard to organise this fantastic event. We are so proud of you all! 💙👏
The Diversity Reps, Miss Easton and Mrs Pryde.
