Welcome to f*ck around Friday!! An impromptu pop up stall has been such a blessing! I’m actually looking after the stall for all week while the conference is on , did you know I’ve been apprentice in The shamanic way of the womb for the last two years ? Deepening into the work of the defiant /divine feminine and helping heal my mother line with the sacred and intentional practices I’ve been learning and nurturing. Highly recommended! Third time lucky ! Apologies, no pink fluffy mic , it’s run out of juice … Sharing mugwort, Artemes Vulgaris as I process wild crafted herb . We sat with her in sensory Saturday club this morning and it was so wonderful hearing everyone’s shares, what came through with this wonderful medicine.

I’ve had a wonderful time away down west , visiting friends and checking in on the elders , when I get the calling to be in Kernow I always follow it up , having lived there for a decade my soul has a definite contract with the land and I love honouring that connection. Time there is never wasted . And this visit was also to recharge myself before I start a new role in the NHS on Monday , a new chapter that will run alongside everything else that I do . It’s going to be busy ! Should keep me out of trouble though 😘❤️💫🙏🎉

Fk around Friday has come around once more ! Fannying about with a non -honey Love potion 🧪 as an attendee on my rose retreat day had a honey allergy but wanted to try some LP. Here’s what I made her as an@alternative, with what I had made already . A heart tonic elixir . Celebrating the beautiful women who said YES to deepening into their medicine and the medicine of the rose in Avalon this week . We moved , sat in sacred circle , connected with our hearts and wombs , made heart-led enquiry and sat in our own sovereignty with the assistance of Rosa, our plant kin and guide .
