On Thursday evening, there was a knock at my door and one of my Year 11 students was stood there with these beautiful flowers and a huge smile on his face and he was so excited to tell me that he had passed both of his English exams. Then his mum stepped out from behind him and gave me a great big hug! ❤️ These moments are what makes my life as an English Tutor so incredibly rewarding. 😍 It is such a privilege to work with these young students and help them towards realising their full potential - I am very lucky. 😀

Tonight, I said goodbye to my last Year 11 students before their final exam tomorrow. It's been an emotional week of farewells as some I have known for many years and I will miss them all as each student is unique; it really is such a privilege to get to know them and see them flourish.

Thank you for your beautiful words, gifts and cards and good luck in your last exam - I'll be thinking of you.
