Alison is The Insecurity Coach helping people transform insecurity into peace of mind There is a way to transform your experiences without pushing away your feelings, reaching out for distractions and ways to numb how you feel, or feeling overwhelmed by things you can't control. Learning how your psychology works is going straight to the source of the issue, rather than dealing with the symptoms o
f insecurity such as stress, anxiety, indifference or worthlessness. The Banish Insecurity Programme, founded by Alison Sutton, seeks to help you to reflect, identify and re-align with your deepest values and to create a new plan to move forward, to make choices that support those values and therefore create an outstandingly happy life. It helps individuals to understand and to move beyond who they currently “think” they are and what they currently think they are capable of, based on their deep identity level thinking and how we mask our own happiness. Where it differs to conventional Life Coaching is that it helps you to find new understanding about the nature of thought and that we are constantly living in the experience of our thinking, because although it is part of it, a happy life does not just mean thinking positive thoughts, putting a different spin on what’s going on in our life or chasing our next goal. Using a combination of conversation, and other sacred healing principles it focuses primarily on helping you to become aware of how you have got to where you are today and that you don’t need to change jobs/relationships/homes/how you look or even throw everything away if life isn’t working out how you wanted it too. You will gain new insight on the misunderstanding that happiness comes from something outside of you- be that a relationship, a job, money or even a bar of chocolate! Alison is an INLPTA accredited Master Practitioner of NLP, creator of Mindfulness Hypnosis and has taken part in Life Coaching training with the Coaching Academy and is currently working with the new paradigm of the Three Principles- mind, thought and consciousness.
