First day in Sintra. Visited the Convento de los Capuchos. It was very well restored and you got a real sense of the daily life of the strict order. We took away some lessons about simplicity. Lovely day followed by some lunch at the beach 🥰

We’ve been truly overwhelmed with the comments on our last post. The warmth, love, and support LifeHeal has offered us over the years has meant more than you’ll ever know ❤️

A little update, we gave ourselves a week to try the new role on and see if it we liked it - I’m pleased to say we loved it! I managed a solo adventure to Bristol and this was Sam tired but feeling very fulfilled at the end of the week. This week has already washed away many false beliefs around not being able to work in corporate - it shows us again that we are always learning and developing and each of us carry infinite potential.

Another week of work this week and then we are off to Sintra, part of the leyline and the opposite to Rosslyn Chapel. It will be a chance to settle into some spiritual. Shifting between the 3D and 5D is something that we all have to master and it feels amplified for us at the moment 😍😂

A New Era for Sam

Those of you who know us well know that we never stand still for long.

When Sam turned 50 (I know, I thought she was 35 too 😮), she found herself facing some of those classic midlife questions.

With perhaps 15 or 20 years of working life still ahead of her (maybe more!), was it time to slow down, or was it time to step into something new?

After a lot of soul-searching, conversations, and trying on different possibilities, she chose the latter.

Because, well… this is Sam we’re talking about 😂

Sam’s always had a real passion and talent for spa management/consultancy, wellness, and Integrative Health, and we’re delighted to share that she will be pursuing these interests a bit more and has taken on a role as Head of Spa.

LifeHeal remains very much part of our lives and our future, and Sam will continue to be involved alongside her other commitments. But this feels like an exciting new chapter and one that she has worked incredibly hard for.

I also wanted to share this because I know many of our community are in their 40s, 50s, 60s and beyond.

Sometimes we can fall into the trap of thinking our biggest opportunities are behind us.

They’re not.

Midlife isn’t always an invitation to slow down. Sometimes it’s an invitation to begin again, to back yourself, and to discover what else you might be capable of.
