Taking the time to rejuvenate and realising that I can make the life of my dreams a reality...

I've often struggled with not believing in myself or choosing to believe I'm not capable of creating the life I dream of...

But this is not true, now I'm choosing to keep pushing forward and keep reminding myself that:

Not only can I create my best life, but EVERYONE can!!

When I believe in myself, I see the magic in everything and I see the version of myself who was blind to this...

Taking one small step at a time is how I prove to myself that I can do anything!!!

I'm learning to be more disciplined... choosing delayed gratification over instant gratification!!

It's not always easy, for example:

Not eating the cake and having fruit instead 🍰🍏

Choosing to work on my business instead of watching YouTube videos 🤭🧞‍♂️

Waking up early instead of sleeping in till noon 🕊😴

Self discipline is a journey so I remind myself it's okay to mess up sometimes, as long as I pick myself back up again and continue along the path to my goals.

Like learning to drive, at first it seemed difficult but with some practice, it becomes second nature 🚗🚀🛸

What does fun look like to you?

For me it's:

- dancing in the woods 🌲💃🌲
- spending time with friends 🫂
- doing something new 🧞‍♂️
- or taking small trips to places I wouldn't normally go to 🏞

Recently I've been aiming to include more of these things into my week...

Making time for both work and play is very important to me and yet I still sometimes go weeks without properly balancing the two!!

So, my goal now is to find that perfect equilibrium between working, having fun, creating, and expanding my mind!!

Where might you be able to add more fun and spontaneity into your life?
