Today we said goodbye to our clerical assistant, Mrs Gibson. She is retiring from Haghill Park Primary School and Nursery Class after 7 years with us.

She will be missed around our school and nursery but we wish her all the best and we hope she enjoys retirement.

Time to hang up that school badge and relax.

Tomorrow is our P1-P3/4 Christmas Party.

Pupils can come dressed or they can be collected at 12pm (not before) from the school office to go home to get ready. 🎅🏻😊

If your child is going home please ensure they have lunch at home before returning at 1pm.

P4/5-P7 party will be on Wednesday. As above, pupils can come dressed or be collected to go home to get ready.

Our choir visited our friends at The Launch Foods Cafe today to spread some Christmas cheer. 🎵🎤🎅🏻🎄

The choir got to sing some of their favourite Christmas songs and enjoyed some delicious treats. They also received a special gift to take home.

Today we had a very special visitor to Haghill Park Primary School and Nursery Class.
We welcomed Finnie the official mascot of the Glasgow 2026 Commonwealth Games to our assembly.

We learned all about the games and the sports that will make up the events across the city.

Thanks to Finnie & Becca for coming along and visiting us. 😊💙🦄

Well done to our pupils in P1, P2, P3 & P6 who showcased this year nativity, The Twinkly Nativity ⭐️ ⭐️

We had 2 sold out shows over the past two days and we are very proud of them all for putting on such a great show.

Well done to our classes who performed a Christmas song at our Christmas Concert after each of the shows! 🎶
