Well done to our ladies even thou it was a dry but very windy night
Dry night means battle-ropes are back you definitely need a strong core for these bad boys . Keep my ladies on their toes yet again . Switching up the workouts keeps it fun 🀩

Mobility warm up exercises to help those legs hips loosen up.
Then a total bodyweight workout.
Feeling good , relieve stress , feel energetic & energised afterwards.
Standing Core , Cardio, legs , shoulders , planks walk sits grate for stamina & feeling the reward afterwards .
