What a morning 💛

A huge thank you to AutisFun for inviting me along to bring a little CC Lemon Dance Fitness chaos to their wonderful parents’ group 👯‍♀️

AutisFun does such important work supporting autistic children and their families, and I think it’s equally lovely that they create opportunities for parents to have some time for themselves too — to move, laugh, switch off and just have some fun. 💛

And we definitely did plenty of that! 😂

Thank you so much for having me and for making me feel so welcome. I absolutely loved it and I’m already looking forward to seeing you all again in November! 🥰

This pretty much sums up what I want my classes to feel like.

Come as you are. Dance. Sing far too loudly. Get the steps wrong. Laugh. Find your people. And leave feeling better than when you came in 🍋✨

Honestly, looking through all these little clips and photos made me realise just how much fun we’ve had together 🥹
