The Start-Up Bootcamp will help you to start developing a business plan, think about ways to validate your idea, how to grow, and teach you the basics of pitching 🗣
It is run by our Start-Up Adviser Natasha, and is open to students, staff and alumni with business ideas.

The £60 million Learning & Teaching Building opened in 2021, and is a pioneering hub home to student support services, Strathclyde Doctoral School and Strathclyde Students’ Union.
Built with a sharp focus on , it was created through the refurbishment and integration of two existing buildings – the Colville Building and the Category B-listed Architecture Building 🧱

Earlier this month, six companies delivered pitches at our Inspire100 event for a chance to win part of a £17,500 prize fund. It was attended by an audience of entrepreneurs, investors and experts from the Scottish entrepreneurial ecosystem.
Matthew McLean, AirSpection, and Momchil Vasilev PhD, InProcess were named as winners of the Stephen Young Entrepreneurship Award, presented annually to support Strathclyde’s emerging entrepreneurs. Matthew was also awarded additional funding from Santander UK Universities, a long-standing partner in Strathclyde’s initiatives

This approach is delivered through an incredible working group made up of faculty and professional services staff, who’s responsibility is to deliver on this mission.
The group was recently recognised for its hard work by the Principal and was awarded a team medal for at the Strathclyde Medal Awards 🥳🏅
