Welcome back all GUIIS members !! We would like to introduce you to our new 2024 GUIIS committee !! Keep your eyes peeled for our upcoming events in the next few weeks !!

Hello everyone !! As we get ready for the next academic year, we’d like to introduce the new GUIIS committee for 2023/2024 !! Keep on the lookout for upcoming society events before the start of the new university year !!

🚨 Thank you to everyone that joined us for our last event - our annual End of Year Dinner! 🚨

Special thanks to the School of Infection & Immunity for generously funding this entire event recognising the hardwork and efforts of all students over the past academic session.

If you couldn’t join us (you did miss out on a lot of free food & drinks) come to any of our events in the next academic session 2023-24! If you want to join the GUIIS committee - run during our Annual General Meeting happening next Wednesday, 24th of May 2023 in the Senate Room, Gilbert Scott Building.

***APPROACHING AGM***

The GUIIS AGM will be approaching soon - official dates will be published at some point over the next few days. We need to look for a committee for 2023-24! Each GUIIS member can apply for a maximum of TWO positions. If you want to apply for two, fill out the form separately twice. Also, list the preference of the position when you write your name in the forum. e.g. Samantha Martin (1). if you have any questions, please don’t hesitate to ask! The deadline for applicants is on THURSDAY 18th MAY @ 5pm.

-Events Coordinator
-Social Media Manager
