This week we have been celebrating all the amazing men in our babies’ lives.

At Baby Sensory, I don’t run classes just for mums – I run classes for parents, grandparents, dads, stepdads, uncles and all the special people who help love, nurture and raise our babies.

There is something truly special about watching families spend quality time together, sharing smiles, cuddles, laughter and making precious memories that will last a lifetime. ✨

Research shows that babies benefit enormously from positive relationships with male role models. From building confidence and resilience to encouraging exploration and problem-solving, every interaction matters.

Whether you’re singing along, dancing under the parachute or simply enjoying those magical baby giggles, you’re helping your little one learn and grow.

So here’s to all the dads and father figures who show up, join in, get covered in bubbles and make memories with their babies every week. We see you, and we appreciate you. 💙

💛SMALL BUSINESS WEEK 2026💚

Did you know I am a small business?

Yes, I'm part of a large franchise, but behind every class, every message, every plan that's being run and every late night organising... Is me, just me!

I've been running classes ALL over Paisley, Renfrewshire and the Southside for a full 12 years! For the past 2 years, we have been based in our wonderful new home in Darnley 💚

What you see on socials and in class is the end result. Behind all that is planning, sorting, washing, drying, cleaning kit, getting back to all messages, keeping the venue tidy, hoovered mopped and immaculate at all times and a whole load of Dettol!!!
Then coming home, being a busy mum to 2 teenagers, a wife, a cleaner, a taxi and everything else us mums complete on the daily!

I LOVE getting to know all the families that attend my classes. I LOVE walking through silverburn and bumping into everyone and still saying hello to those that have left 🌞

4 months of Ada 💖

I can’t recommend Ashley and Baby Sensory Renfrewshire highly enough. Before attending, I was nervous that my baby might not engage, become distracted, or get unsettled during the class. I couldn’t have been more wrong! From the very first session, she was completely engaged in every activity and absolutely mesmerised by Ashley.

Ashley brings incredible energy, enthusiasm, and warmth to every class, and her passion for what she does shines through. The activities are thoughtfully planned, fun, and stimulating, creating a great experience for both babies and parents!

11 1/2 months of Quinn 💓💓

Ashley’s baby sensory classes were honestly the highlight of our week! Quinn absolutely loved going and got so much out of every class. Ashley put so much effort into each session and you could really tell how much she cared about making them special and fun for all the babies.

Every week was different with loads of sensory activities, music, lights and interactive play, and it was amazing seeing Quinn enjoy herself so much and grow in confidence. The classes were brilliant for her development but also just such a lovely, welcoming environment for us parents too 😊 We’ll really miss going and I honestly couldn’t recommend Ashley enough! Thank you, we will miss coming to class every Tuesday! 😭

Ashley’s class is amazing for babies. I love how the activities help babies development and the babies are all mesmerised by her . Josh has had so much fun and we have made so many special memories ❤️ thank you 🤗

I'm so sad our time at Baby Sensory has come to an end 😭 Every class was so much fun with well thought out themes, props & engaging activities to go along with them. Looking back at the early pictures, you're reminded just how far your baby has come since starting. Not only was it nice to see your baby develop, it was also so nice to see other babies coming on too. Hands down the best Baby Class we've attended. Mondays were definitely our favourite day of the week.

1 year of Zayan ❤️

Me and Zayan attended classes since he was 3 weeks old, and Monday was honestly our favourite day of the week. Lovely bunch of moms, and you couldn't wish for a more welcoming, knowledgeable class leader than Ashley. Classes were always so beneficial for babies and fun for us moms too.
