Krav Maga is a simple, effective self-defence system that emphasises instinctive movements, practical techniques and realistic training scenarios.

The system is designed for men, women and children of all levels of fitness and experience. The approach to learning is straightforward and is carried out through practice and repetition. We emphasise the ability to function from a poor state of readiness and to move from a passive to an aggressive state immediately in order to fight back and survive. Krav Maga is modern and practical. It deals w

ith personal safety issues against both armed and unarmed attackers. It aims to eliminate the threat in the fastest way possible and is considered to be a highly developed and extremely effective street fighting system to be utilised against street attacks, muggings and sexual assaults. It was developed in an environment where extreme violence was commonplace and has been refined over the years by many experts from around the world. Whatever situation you find yourself in Krav Maga will teach you to avoid confrontation if possible but if confrontation becomes inevitable to deal with it in the most effective and quickest way possible.

🌐 United Krav Maga Bar Seminar!
Our 4th edition of “Bar Fight” was an absolute blast! 🍻👊

Huge congratulations to everyone who showed up and put in the work. 3 solid hours of intense training in an actual bar setting. We covered ground controls, locks, and levers to shut down aggression safely, along with striking options when controls aren’t enough.

Massive thank you to everyone who traveled from Glasgow, Edinburgh and Yorkshire United Krav Maga, as well as the guest federations who came through to train! 🤩
